Artist Notes 11/19/2020: Hey guys, I’m sorry I haven’t posted in a bit!

Not gonna lie, this page actually took me a while! ^ ^’ Backgrounds and objects are not my forte! And it occurred to me a little while after starting… holy shit, we’re going to see a chair on this page. We haven’t seen a chair, or an in-world object in ages. And we’ve never been to a setting that wasn’t either a forest or totally ransacked in some way! So that’s fun! XD Though even thought I had general ideas about how things in the world would look I hadn’t put as much concrete planning into it as I needed to. There’s a surprising amount to think about even with something as silly as a chair. I don’t want to spoil the context of the scene we’re looking at, as that’ll come to light over time, but obviously you guys can see this is some sort of camp so no furniture can be too heavy or crazy, I had to think about where the items we’re seeing are coming from, what do things look like in that place, etc–and don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining about that, it just was more thought than I expected when it came to actually drawing it. XD

In any event, I’m curious if anyone knows at all where we are, or who’s tent this is. It’s been a while since we’ve seen the items in this page that serve as clues!
